About Us
Local. Reliable. No Excuses.
We started this company because we were tired of seeing homeowners get let down by crews that don't show up. That's not us.
Our Story
Services and Maintenance LLC was built on a simple idea: show up when you say you will, do the work right, and treat every property like it's your own.
With over 10 years in the field and 500+ completed jobs, we've earned the trust of homeowners and property managers across the area. From weekly lawn care to full landscape installs to small engine repair — we do it all.
we stand behind every job we do. If something isn't right, we make it right.
